Here's what you'll need at the Craft Market Walk on saturday, june 1st...
We encourage owners, managers and your best sales team to be at this event to represent the company to visitors for the day!
We have a very special place for you on our walk in Gardiner, NY. Once payment is received, you'll receive confirmation and we'll have those details to you a month before the event.
For your approximately 10’x10’ spot, you must provide one or more standard 6-8 ft. folding tables, table cloths, chair(s) and an EZ up tent. You must supply these items and any items for sale along with specialty displays. Please bring marketing material for your products i.e. business cards and pamphlets ('Visit Gardiner' will provide re-usable bags to attendees at a suggested donation price). We also suggest having cash change, Square and/or other credit card swipe payment, and to be prepared for festival goers that may offer checks. Wifi may or may not be available so be ready to use your own wifi hotspot as needed for payment options.
Saturday, June 1st 2018 11am-5pm. Vendors should be fully set up no later than 10:30am.
LOADING & UNLOADING?
We're establishing unload/load locations and will keep you posted. All unloading for event setup must be completed by 9:30am.
We're establishing official vendor and attendee parking locations and will keep you posted.
We will be advertising on our websites, social media channels, local newspapers, magazines, radio stations and blogs. YOUR BUSINESS will be featured on our website and in our social media outreach.
Each vendor is required to have insurance for the day of the event (Saturday, June 1, 2019) which lists your company as ‘the insured’ and ‘LACE Photo Media LLC, PO Box 234, Gardiner, NY 12525’ as ‘additionally insured’ We must be supplied with your certificate of insurance prior to the event in order for you to be able to setup. Please email us your insurance certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org This insurance requirement is for your protection and ours :)
Don’t know where to get insurance? Many of our vendors used www.actinsurance.com to purchase a ‘show policy’ for the day of the event (*Note: we in no way promote or endorse Act Insurance).
