We're excited to have you as a vendor at the  Craft Market Walk, alongside many talented
artisans, farmers and craftsmen.

Here's what you'll need at the Craft Market Walk...  

WHO?

We encourage owners, managers and your best sales team to be at this event to represent the company to visitors for the day!

WHERE?

We have a very special place for you on our walk in Gardiner, NY.  Once payment is received, you'll receive confirmation and we'll have those details to you a month before the event.

WHAT?

1-2 standard 6-8 ft. folding table, table cloths, chair(s) and an EZ up tent.  You must supply any items for sale along with specialty displays.  Please bring marketing material for your products i.e. business cards and pamphlets ('Visit Gardiner' will provide re-usable bags to goers at a suggested donation).  We also suggest having cash change, square or other credit card swipe payment, and to be prepared for festival goers that may offer checks.  

WHEN? 

Saturday, June 2nd 2018 11am-7pm.  Vendors should be fully set up no later than 10:30am.

LOADING & UNLOADING? 

We're establishing unload and load locations and will keep you posted. All loading must be completed by 9:30am.

VENDOR PARKING? 

We're still establishing vendor and attendee parking/shuttling and will keep you posted. 

PUBLICITY?

We will be advertising on our websites, social media, local newspapers, magazines, radio stations and blogs. YOUR BUSINESS will be featured on our website and in our social media outreach. 

It's going to be a high-traffic day in Gardiner and no two vendors are alike!  Please prepare accordingly and reply to this e-mail with any questions.  We can't wait to see you there!
